The client requested a modern logo, however the only direction given was to incorporate the motto "The Crossroads of Hope" into an uplifting mark. Since we wanted the logo to portray hope, happiness and a "new lease on life", we decided to play with various marks with either the sun, or a source of light with steps or roads leading to it. There were a lot of careful considerations throughout the project, since this logo had to appeal to underprivileged people.
