Zandiant Technologies was originally established in 1998 as Clarion Advanced Technology Corporation (ATC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Clarion Company, Ltd., a world leader in automotive computing and multimedia products. In February 2001, Clarion ATC spun off from its parent company and changed its name to Zandiant Technologies.
As the focal point for Clarion’s in-vehicle computing systems development, Zandiant achieved a leadership position for its innovative hardware, software and systems design capabilities. This success was achieved by assembling a dedicated team of seasoned engineering professionals, with backgrounds spanning the fields of personal computing, system software and automotive multimedia. An independent company, Zandiant now develops leading telematics solutions for the automotive and truck markets as well as deliver next-generation, digital audio amplifier design solutions.
