Lake Forest, CA – (December 31, 2001)

Effective immediately, Zandiant Technologies will participate in Texas Instruments (TI) DSP Third Party Network. Zandiant will join other third parties to establish the crucial link between TI's silicon and applications by providing algorithms, libraries and consulting services. Zandiant was officially notified by TI on November 1st that its first two algorithm submittals - volume control and center blend - have passed Texas Instruments XDAIS Compliance Test and will be made available to TI's network. "Zandiant is excited and pleased to participate in this program, and we look forward to submitting an additional two algorithms early next year to TI," said Thomas Yamasaki, Zandiant Director of Marketing/Business Development.

In addition to providing algorithms, Zandiant offers DSP consulting services to leading electronics manufacturers. Zandiant's DSP-related consulting services include firmware development, application development and system design and integration. "The TI program is ideally suited to Zandiant because we can offer such a wide variety of consulting services, which demonstrate the audio and multimedia expertise we have developed over the years," said Albert Wong, Zandiant President and CEO.
